    On paper

    Statements of account and debit/credit advices can be provided by the Bank on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, according to your requirements; statements/advices in English language are also available; statements and advices are available after 9.00 a.m. on the next banking day in the Bank.

    Electronically

    By using the electronic channels KBC Online Bulgaria, KBC Mobile Bulgaria and Multicash customers for electronic banking; customers have direct access 24 hours a day 365 days a year to all information regarding account postings and balances.
