The special account is opened for the purpose of servicing the proceeds from clients that the lawyer or law firm uses to pay expenses under the concluded contracts.
According to the requirements of the Lawyers Act any lawyer or law firm can open a special account to service the proceeds from their clients. KBC Bank offers the possibility of opening a client account for the following activities, but not limited to:
